I think you have chosen wondeful phrases to describe your teaching philosophy. Having children participate in coorporative learning allows them to explore what they know and also learn from each other. Furthermore, having a safe environment where the children can come and know they having nothing to worry about is another important aspect to becoming a competent teacher. If children are not provided with appropriate materials and safe, clean buildings, they will not feel as if they are important, which in result, will make teaching and learning much more difficult. Finally, motivation is a very important part in teaching and student learning. Having motivation toward your students will brighten their mornings and just let them know you love your job and enjoy being with your students, which will help their motivation to learn! GOOD JOB!!

I really like your phrases. Especially the safe environment, because I think that is something that we tend to overlook. For some kids, going to school is their only safe place. It is our jobs as teachers to make them feel that way while we have them. Inspire is also a good one because it can go both ways. Kids can inspire us and we can inspire them.
